Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what you'd hope for after a long day of travel. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries. One of the highlights for me was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great selection of options. I also enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening — the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was top-notch. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. Parking was easy and safe, which was another plus. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. I’ll definitely be returning!

Checking was easy and straight forward. Elaine was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back based on my experience.

My first time ever to leave a comment because I think I need to acknowledge Dennis at the front desk, who was exceptional. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with extra linens, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We really appreciated his extra effort and outstanding customer service.

Great service. Friendly staff and attentive to detail. The breakfast all you can eat was nice, abs okay price. I do wish they had pancakes on the all you can eat. Pancakes are easy food for picky eaters.

Easy to get to and easy to find and if you travel for work like I do you can appreciate both of those. Rooms are well kept, and all of the outlets work, which is something I haven't had much luck with lately at hotels. Food service isn't bad but I believe the staff could do a better job with customer interaction (grabbed buffet for breakfast, never once saw a server and had to track someone down for the tab). Otherwise a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel for two nights! My favorite part was the TV being fully stocked with streaming services and all - everything worked and it was easy to use. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC ran very cold which I love. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub unfortunately, but love the idea of it being available. Carlos at the front desk was amazing and provided excellent service. The small snack shop in the lobby was also perfect for late night snacks!

*** Great Value With a Few Small Issues** The room was comfortable and the TV included streaming services, which was a nice modern touch. The A/C worked well and kept the room at a perfect temperature, and the noise level was very low—about a 3/10—so I was able to get good rest. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower pressure was *way* too strong, which made showering less comfortable. There was also no bag in the trash can (unhygienic), and the small in-room amenities like hand soap and other toiletries weren’t fully stocked when I arrived. None of these were deal-breakers, but noticeable. Overall, it’s a solid stay for the price, and with a few minor fixes it could be even better.

Customer service here was amazing. After an awful experience with the Hampton Inn Gilroy refusing to help me book a room minutes after midnight, I was happy to speak with a woman here at the Hilton Harden Inn who was friendly and sure to help us book a room to check into immediately and get some sleep after a long day on the road. WARNING to future Hilton Property guests in the area: as of right now, Hilton has a terrible system that prevents you and apparently the hotel (I have only experienced this in Gilroy) from booking a room for the day "before" (so once midnight hits, you cannot book a room to immediately check into, you can only book for the new day and check in at 3pm: 15 hours later). This is even if you walk into their establishment at 12:00am on the dot, and they have available rooms for you to sleep in. If you didn't previously reserve the room, you wont be able to simply book one. So you HAVE to call the corporate Hilton booking service to get a room. This hotel had the customer service and kindess to suggest that option to me instead of telling me to kick rocks and find somewhere else to sleep like the Hampton Inn Gilroy told us to minutes after midnight. Rooms could use some updating, but they are clean and the price of this hotel makes up for it.
